Costs are the biggest consideration , and concern we have on this trip, (in fact, they dictate whether or not we can even do it). Even with camping when possible, and exclusively travelling by bike, it's super expensive!

There are the set up costs, the actual bikes and gear, maps, and all sorts. Camp ground fees (or other accommodation fees), costs for food and water, repairs along the way.

To keep everyone updated we'll be doing videos and updating the site with pictures, so we'll the gear to record video and take photos, probably a small computer, and we'll obviously need an internet connection, probably just a sim, but something to consider.

Then there are things like National Park entrance fees, costs of any site seeing or day trips we have during rest days from cycling.

We've started to put together what I'd call a Mud Budget (similar to a Mud Map - but more budgetty)

Looking at initial figures, we can't afford this without the generous support of our sponsors.

We'll provide figures as things become clearer and plan to create a Do-It-Yourself sheet at the end of this so you can plan your own trip by bike, or by car - that helps others in planning for everything, no surprise costs.
